The Stretchcordz with Leg Strap provides resistance for dry-land abduction, adduction, extensions and curls to strengthen muscles and improve swim times. Also can be used in water for resisted stationary swimming. It has two adjustable leg straps that are connected by two tubes and combination mounting loop. No removable components or replacement parts.
