Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your swimwear and training gear meets your performance expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required
  • Items must be free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Goggles (all types including training goggles and competition goggles)
  • Guard products (personal protective equipment)
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Any products with broken seals or removed hygiene stickers

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
