We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your swimwear and training gear meets your performance needs.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required
• Items must be free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return Request
   Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2. Wait for Authorization
   Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Package Your Items
   Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order confirmation or packing slip.
4. Ship Your Return
   Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Processing
   Once received, we will inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color of the same item, please follow the return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote locations), international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.
